What happens after the 7 days?
Nothing is charged: we never had your card. Pick your plan under “My subscription”, any time during your trial or at the end. Otherwise your page pauses, and your services and clients stay put for 30 days.
What's the “Pay now” offer?
If you subscribe right away instead of starting (or finishing) your free trial, your first payment is cut by half a month: for example $9.99 instead of $19.99 for a first month of Essentiel. Once per studio; after that your plan renews at the usual price.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, under “My subscription”. Move to Plus when your calendar fills up, back to Essentiel when things slow down, or switch to yearly billing.
What if I run out of texts?
Nothing stops silently. Your home screen warns you as you get close to your limit, then your clients get their confirmations and reminders by email (if they left one) until the next month starts. You can move to Plus any time for 500 texts a month.
How do I cancel?
Under “My subscription”, in a few clicks, no phone call. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing else is charged.
How do 3-month and yearly payments work?
You pay for the period upfront (for example $191.88 for a year of Essentiel), and it renews on its own. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal: you keep access until the end, but the part already paid isn't refunded.
